Abstract
Article is dedicated to the analysis of “Sociology” session held as a part of the International conference for students, post-graduate students and young scientists “Lomonosov-2015”. Authors, professors of the MSU Faculty of Sociology, argue that such events are crucial in terms recruitment and retaining of the young talents. Article also presents analysis of the papers presented at the conference which helps to have a deeper understanding of the young scholars’ scientific interests.
