Abstract
Social inequality refers to relational processes in society. In article are considered specific features of the degradation of social relations in different areas. In the analysis of the existing inequalities in the Russian society has been a clear trend for an integrated approach. Economic approach considers features of the distribution of wealth and income. Sociological approach expands the field of discussion and highlights the relationship of economic and social policies, the polarization of the social structure. Emotion is a special mechanism of the body needed to adjust our relations with others, with the world.

Abstract
This article is dedicated to the problems of formation of Russian business culture and the influence, which exert the national culture, on functioning of modern Russian organizations and organization behavior. Doing business involves work at the management level with heterogeneous elements, reducible to a single system, where the very heterogeneity (social, historical, cultural) is one of the major management problems that require the development and application of sometimes very trivial management technologies.

Abstract
This paper presents the analysis of the situation of social inequality prevailing in the modern Russian society. Considered in detail these types of social inequality as socioeconomic, professional qualification and regional inequality. Given current statistics of the main Russian authoritative sources.
