Abstract
Notable events of the late twentieth century (collapse of the USSR, the liquidation of the Warsaw Pact, the processes of democratization total market, a catastrophic reduction of the army) have questioned the existence of Russia as an independent state and civilization. Thus arose Stalingrad abroad (“nowhere to retreat, another land we have”) in modern Russia.

Abstract
The article analyzes the theoretical approaches of Russian classic social scientists towards the metaphysical and legal foundations of power. Basic principles of these approaches were laid by Russian philosophers and sociologists of an epoch of Russian Silver age and post-revolutionary emigration. Their theoretical heritage, no in response, can serve as a major contribution in the development of a theory of power strategy in modern Russia and in the formation at citizens of a true and sustainable legal consciousness among citizens.

Abstract
As you know, last year there were almost 70 new political parties and more than a hundred waiting for registration and institutionalization. The article focuses on the dynamics of the party system in modern Russia, identifies key trends and issues. It was at this time gradually evolved a unique situation, which largely contributed to the accumulation of protest consciousness in a certain part of Russian society, the real protest ignited political behavior during the last federal election, the legislature and the head of state.

The paper investigates the problems of the modern post-imperial Russia transit of overcoming extreme decentralization and centralization. Abstract
The article deals with the process of a political сrowdfunding. The study highlighted the reasons for the emergence of this phenomenon. The authors carried out a comparative analysis of four fund-raising campaign: second campaign to raise funds for the Alexei Navalny’s project “Rospil” in 2013, raising funds of the Moscow Helsinki Group, fundraising to the Eugene Chirikov’s election fund, fundraising in support of Pussy Riot. Authors prove choice of the Russian politicians mechanism to collect funds to a political campaign. The paper characterizes the trends of political сrowdfunding in Russia.

Abstract
The article examines the history of the use of the term “competence” and related terms in sociology, linguistics, pedagogy and practice of human resource management to identify the area of “sociology of competence”.
