Abstract
In the present article the theoretical core of classical liberalism are revealed through a systematic analysis of the views of social scientists as J. Locke, J. Bentham, J.S. Mill, A. Tocqueville and A. Smith about the nature of relations between the individual and society, individual freedom, an ideal socio-political order and its economic fundamentals and principles of governance. The author in details analyses the genesis and content of the aggregate set of values of classical liberalism, such as individualism, freedom, reason, justice, tolerance, and private property.

Abstract
The article presents G.A. Cohen’s reconstruction of historical materialism. G.A. Cohen was the founding member of Analytical Marxism school of thought. Considering the fundamental categories of Marxist theory of history, G.A. Cohen offers his original interpretation of the concepts of productive forces, production relations and superstructure. He applies the techniques of analytic philosophy, logical positivism and functional explanation and denies the existence of a special Marxist dialectical method.

Abstract
The article reveals the feature of ethno-social conflicts in the Russian labor market. Analyzing the state of ethno-social conflicts in the Russian labor market from the perspective of socio-psychological paradigm of conflict resolution (L. Coser, C. Wright, K. Lorenz, A. Kharitonov and others), it is shown that the problem of ethnic tensions is quite relevant. A comparative analysis of attitudes towards immigrants in Russia and the UK is held. The data of sociological studies show that despite the ethnic tension in Russian society there is a high level of ethnic tolerance.

Abstract
Lobbying studies have a long history in Russia, although there is still no profound understanding among scientists, politicians, business and civil society representatives what are the objects and goals of this process, who are actors of lobbying, where are the lines between formal and informal sides of lobbying. Current article examines lobbying in wider angle - through the mechanism of articulation of interests in the political system. Author also analyzes dynamics of lobbying as an informal institution using Gretchen Helmke and Steven Levitsky’s theory of comparative politics.

Abstract
French companies are involved in the management of expatriates to other areas of the world including Russia to supervise production sites with the local workforce. The main motivation for executives to move to Russia is the potential for significant promotion in career and increase their standard of living. Companies in their international development face the challenge of managing the complexity of the human factor use intercultural coaching. This article points to specific character of French and Russian business cultures. This finding allows discussing practical implications for cross-cultural communication for Russian and French managers working together.

Abstract
The main results of population demographics attitudes research in contemporary Russia, and social factors of its forming are presented in this article. The research object were population groups, which should reproduce generation in present, in the near future, in the medium term. The found factors of demographic attitudes forming were ranked by sort (positive, mixed, negative) and intensity (strong, moderate, weak) effects on each of these population groups. This information will enable better planning of state demographic policy measures.

The article attempts to summarize the experience of Israel in the fight against non-traditional threats, which escalated into a hybrid war. Feature of these wars lies in the fact that they are usually conducted between Western and non-Western countries in the border and poorly controlled space. West opponents favor alliances and associations of non-Western countries and non-state actors. In this case, to justify the war, the norms of international law are used.

Washington’s hybrid warfare in Latin American region differs by its inventive and sophisticated methods and in fact represents a complex and multidimensional phenomenon including symbiosis of the “soft” and “hard” power as well as their combination in the form of the “smart power”.
